- Education institutions: With your explicit consent, when you decide to submit an application to a specific institution through Loft Learn.
- Form processing: Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that transmits your enquiry to our email address. FormSubmit does not store your data beyond the transmission.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
How we store your data
Your personal data is stored securely within Australia-based and reputable international cloud services. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Communication via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it if you have concerns about data handling on that platform.
Data retention
We retain student data for 12 months from your last interaction with us. After this period, your data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Your right to data deletion
