Loft Learn offers counselling through WhatsApp, WeCom, and LINE in addition to our website contact form. When you choose to contact us through any of these channels, we collect the information you share with us — including your name, nationality, study interests, and conversation content — for the sole purpose of providing education guidance.
Each messaging platform operates under its own privacy policy: Meta (WhatsApp) at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy, Tencent (WeCom) at wechat.com/en/privacy_policy.html, and LINE Corporation at line.me/en/terms/policy.
For WeCom users, conversations are processed by Tencent and may be stored on servers located in Singapore and Hong Kong SAR under Tencent's privacy policy. We encourage students to review Tencent's privacy policy before using WeCom to contact Loft Learn.
